Avon Lacrosse is a 501c3 non-profit sports organization based in Avon, IN. We currently provide lacrosse programming for athletes from first grade through High School. Our youth teams are made up of area athletes from Avon, Plainfield, Danville, Cascade, Mooresville, West Indianapolis suburbs and surrounding Hendricks County communities. 

Our 1st/ 2nd grade program is a co-ed introduction to lacrosse fundamentals. We teach our youngest players the basics of lacrosse, while also developing good teamwork, sportsmanship, and FUN! 

We field competitive teams at three youth levels for both boys and girls, 3rd/4th Grade (10U), 5th/6th Grade (12U) and 7th/8th Grade (14U). The youth teams compete in the Indiana Youth Lacrosse Association (IYLA), playing mostly against teams in the Indianapolis area. Each season, IYLA also requires teams at 10U, 12U and 14U levels to have two play days at locations outside of Indianapolis to support lacrosse growth in those areas as well. 

Avon Lacrosse has a high school boys (JV) and girls (Varsity) team as well! Our high school teams are comprised of players from Avon High School. The high school boys team team is affiliated with the Indiana High School Lacrosse Association (IHSLA) and the high school girls team is affiliated with the Indiana Girls Lacrosse Association (INGLA).

All participants in the IYLA, IHSLA, INGLA and Avon Lacrosse will be required to be members of US Lacrosse, the National Governing Body of Lacrosse. Current membership status will be checked before each season and memberships that expire during the season will need to be renewed.
