At this level, the game will begin to resemble the game seen in high school, college, and the pros. Players will now play on full-sized fields and position specialization will begin to occur, specifically for defense and goalies.  Full-field team concepts and strategies are introduced while players begin to build their individual skill set.

  • Focus will be teaching players how to apply strategies and tactics from practice in games
  • Non-sport concepts such as mental preparation, goal setting, and coping with winning and losing are introduced
  • Team dynamics become much more important with players learning to understand team improvement
  • Crucial time for players as good experiences will encourage them to continue playing
