10U - BOYS / 10U GIRLS

This is our first division where players are wearing required safety equipment and introduced to half-field play against other teams.  This program is where players begin to rapidly gain physical skills and better understanding of the game.

  • Continue to focus on building basic skills - catching, throwing, and cradling.
  • Introduction of more advanced individual skills such as dodging, shooting, and defense.
  • Exposure to basic strategic concepts such as team offense and defense.
  • Foundational skills will be expanded with introduction of advanced individual techniques
  • Skill level differences are common due to the influx of new players and differences in physical maturity
